A calm evening routine for a busy mind
You don't need an hour-long routine. Two minutes in the evening and one in the morning are enough to stop carrying everything.
Evening: two minutes
- Look at what you wrote down today.
- For each item: let it go, keep it for tomorrow, or make it one small intention.
- Close the day. Nothing else to decide tonight.
Morning: one minute
Look only at what you chose to keep, intentions first. Everything else stays gone.
Missed a day? That's fine
Routines break when they turn into scorekeeping. Skip a night and simply start again. Nothing is lost, and nobody is counting.
Overstim gives you this ritual, with nothing to keep score of.
